‍ ‍🚗 Seller Information

• Each parking space is $10

• You may reserve multiple spaces—please specify the number when registering (otherwise, one space will be assigned)

• Spaces will be assigned in advance, and your space number will be shared the evening before the event by Melanie.

• Reserve your space(s) via email: 📧 CommunitySale@GlenMeadowNA.org or text 214-315-3073. Please specify the number of spaces you want to purchase. 

‍ ‍‍⏰ Day-of Notes

Upon arrival:

• ‍Setup begins at 6:00 AM

• Drive to your assigned space and unload your vehicle

• After unloading, move your car to the east side of the school to allow for shopper parking

• ‍Shoppers may arrive before 8:00 AM, so please be prepared early

• While we will try to manage early arrivals, some shoppers may enter before official start time

• The sale ends at 1:00 PM, but you’re welcome to stay and socialize afterward

• Bringing a friend to help with setup and teardown is highly recommended

💵 Payment‍

• Melanie will collect space fees once setup is complete—please have exact cash available

• She will be wearing a white cap for easy identification.

• Sellers may accept any form of payment (cash, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) for transactions.

• Bringing small bills for change is recommended

‍ 🏫 Amenities

• ‍School restrooms will be open throughout the event

🪑 What to Bring

‍ Please bring your own:

• ‍Tables and chairs

• Snacks and drinks (coffee encouraged ☕)

• Umbrellas or shade

• Cash for change

• Preferred payment methods

• ‍Feel free to bring a Bluetooth speaker—music is welcome!

‍ ‍‍♻️ Donation Opportunity

‍ ‍A donation truck will arrive at 1:00 PM

• ‍Please consider donating any unsold items

• Bring items bagged or boxed to the truck

• Furniture is accepted
